PROF. MARIA FERNANDA LEMOS VISITS DREXEL UNIVERSITY
Professor Maria Fernanda Lemos Campos, coordinator of the Program in Architecture and Urbanism, visited Drexel University in Philadelphia, in September 2013, as a representative of the Interdisciplinary Environment, continuing the planning activities of institutional exchange between PUC - Rio and Drexel.
An Agreement between the two universities was signed in May this year during a visit by a committee of the American University PUC-Rio. In meetings held in September, were discussed future activities of an interdisciplinary group of faculty and institutional researchers on projects of interest if the two institutions through workshops to be held alternately in Rio de Janeiro and in Philadelphia the next two years.
The proposal is that these projects include the largest possible number of undergraduate and postgraduate students of the two universities. The case proposed by the PUC is the project of local environmental management of Rainha river basin.
