GROUP FROM DAU VISITS ROCINHA
A group of undergraduate and graduate students from DAU attended a Rocinha historic circuit on Saturday, March 12, 2016, organized by Prof. Ana Luiza Nobre. Guided by Firmino Ponto and Fernando Ermiro, from the Sankofa Museum of Memory and History of Rocinha, the group of about 60 people went on foot from Gávea to the Rocinha Park Library, walking through alleys, streets and landmarks of history and memory Rocinha. The tour lasted about four hours and started aollective reflection on contemporary architecture that will be deployed in the classroom in the course Theory and History of Architecture III.
