Believing in the importance of thinking about the interiors, the Noz 4 was in search of what would be the 'content' of architecture: what fills space, physically or in an abstract manner. The concept of atmosphere became indispensable, operated by Swiss architect Peter Zumthor to designate what, for him, becomes essential to consider the architecture: the ambience. At the city scale, the role of the interior can also be seen as decisive: currently, most architecture projects dealing with structures ever built. So, is the program and uses the dynamics of the contemporary city can be reset. We propose in this issue a reverse of our look, so that the city and the architecture can be seen from the inside out: from the atmosphere to the project, the uses for the city, the exhibition design for museums, from the individual to society.
