Professor

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the Federal University of Paraná (2004), a Master’s degree in Sociology from the Institute of Research at Rio de Janeiro (2005), and a Ph.D. in Sociology from the Institute of Social and Political Studies (IESP-UERJ) (2012). She was a professor in the Department of Social Sciences at the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (2012 – 2013) and worked as a researcher at the Center for Law and Society Studies (2005 – 2010). Currently, she is an adjunct professor in the Department of Social Sciences at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). She coordinates the subproject of Social Sciences of the Institutional Program of Teaching Initiation Scholarships (PIBID) at PUC-Rio. She has experience in the areas of Urban Sociology, Sociology of Law, Political Sociology, and Methodology and Teaching Practice of Sociology.
