Has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from the State University of Rio de Janeiro – ESDI (1991), master’s and doctoral degrees in Design from PUC-Rio (2004 and 2010). Has experience in the field of Design, mainly working on the following topics: cognitive ergonomics, visual programming, semiotics.
