Professor Maria Fernanda lemos participates in a Meeting of Scientists on Climate Change in Faro, Portugal
Professor Maria Fernanda Lemos is in Faro, Portugal, participating in the 3rd Meeting of Scientists in group 2 (WG II) of the 6th Report (AR6) of the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change). Group 2 deals with impacts, vulnerability, and adaptation to climate change. Chapter 12, which is coordinated by Professor Maria Fernanda and Professor Edwin Castellanos, from the University of Guatemala, deals with the South and Central America region.
The meeting in Faro, which started today, will run until Saturday, February 1st.
