SEMINAR
The LAIT (Laboratory of Architecture, Planning and Infrastructure), with the organization of professors Marcos Favero and Gabriel Duarte, is organizing over 2014 an international seminar entitled "Architecture and Infrastructure".
The seminar is being organized as part of activities of the Graduate Program in Architecture at PUC-Rio for the biennium 2014-2016, which proposed the theme "Architecture and Limits."
The event brings to PUC-Rio three speakers throughout 2014 who will share their work and research related to the topic. The first guest is Professor Martin Cobas, the Facultad de Arquitectura de la Universidad de la Republica (FARQ-UDELAR), where he teaches in the Chair of Marcelo Danza (Taller Danza - farq.edu.uy/tallerdanza) and develops research on the territorial impacts of the project Eladio Dieste. It is also a founding partner of the office Factory Paisaje (www.fabricadepaisaje.org).
