Architect, with Masters and PhD in Urban Planning at PROURB-UFRJ. He was a Professor and Coordinator of Urban Planning of the Center for Architecture and Arts of Santa Ursula University, and Professor of Urbanism and Landscape at FAU-UFRJ. Coordinated for several years the course "Spaces of Rio" in IAB-RJ and is also a consultant and urbanism.
His areas of professional practice are greater urbanism and Heritage, having worked in FUNDREM - Foundation for the Development of the Metropolitan Region of Rio de Janeiro, in Subprefecture Center and AR II, Guanabara Bay Decontamination Plan - PDBG at Theatro Municipal of Rio de Janeiro, and INEPAC - Institute of Cultural Heritage of the State of Rio de Janeiro, where he coordinated the Cultural District of Lapa recovery project in that area.
